Liberty Harbor Academy is a hybrid educational institution of higher learning scheduled to open September. Also Reed handled the lease of 3,200 s/f of office space located on the third floor at 149 Hanover St. to Butenhof & Bomster PC, Attorneys at Law. Reed represented Butenhof & Bomster and assisted the landlord, Charles Rolecek of the Hanover Street Chop House. Butenhof & Bomster are in the process of relocating their 132 Middle St. home office to their new site.
