James Yannios, broker, at Yannios RE Investment Services brokered the sale of a 48 unit apartment building for $3.7 million. Heritage Properties was represented exclusively by Yannios RE in the sale of Middlesex Gardens Apartments, LLC. Yannios also procured the purchaser Pine Properties. According to Yannios, the sale was a "win-win" transaction for both principals.
