O'Brien Commercial Properties, Inc. secured a lease at 1190 Liberty Sq. Rd. for Lorna Coutts. Concord Lumber will be relocating some of its operations from Fitchburg, to this 5,700 s/f masonry industrial building located off I-495 via Taylor Rd. in Littleton. Eric O'Brien, president of O'Brien Commercial Properties, Inc. represented Coutts and directly procured tenant, Concord Lumber Corp.
