According to Centro Properties Group, a 1,254 s/f Nail Spa recently opened at Parkway Plaza located on Dixwell Ave. (Rte. 10), .25 mile south of Rte. 15. Centro Props. is the owner of Parkway Plaza and was represented by Charles Davis with Centro.
