Douglas Marr of Keliher Real Estate has leased 900 s/f of retail space at 251 Newbury St. Back Bay Boston to Bobbles & Lace, a woman's boutique with locations in Marblehead, Newburyport and Andover. Bobbles & Lace offers fashion lines. They have recently started offering shoes and boots. The retail site is by the corner of Fairfield. Marr represeted the landlord, TRI-K Realty Trust.
