Michael Kern and Peter Scotti of Peter M. Scotti and Associates sold the 3.55 acre site at 541 Smith St. (Rte. 44) for $2.1 million to Marshall Properties. The property, with 1,000 feet of frontage, is improved by a 25,000 s/f Valueland Supermarket. Scotti and Assoc. represented the buyer and seller, Providence College, in the transaction. The new owner intends on re-developing the property with a grocery store and one or more pad sites.
