Norton Asset Management sold 10 Commercial St., a 7,800 s/f flex-tech building adjacent to I -393. Fairway Real Estate assisted the buyer, Dr. Rodney Sigua, DDS who will build and operate a dental center. Norton represented the seller, Otto Family, LLC.
