Torphy Construction & Development (TCD, LLC) recently completed construction of a new Market Basket. The 77,000 s/f project was finished on time and under budget, and opened on September 21. Over the past 10 years, TCD has built or renovated 13 Market Baskets, including their 135,000 s/f store in Chelsea, Mass., reportedly the largest supermarket in New England.
