David Morency, CPA has joined The Wilder Companies as senior vice president of finance. In this newly created position Morency is responsible for the finance/accounting functions of Wilder Cos. and all its managed properties. His responsibilities also include oversight of the Human Resource and IT departments. Morency brings extensive experience and a real estate background in both the public and private sectors to his new position. Most recently he was senior vice president - finance with Cambridge-based Carpenter & Co. where his responsibilities included company administration, capital formation, asset management and tax planning. He is a graduate of the University of Mass. and is a member of several professional organizations. Matt Joyce joined Wilder Cos. as a property manager. Joyce has over 13 years experience in property and asset management working with retail, office, industrial and mixed-use assets. His responsibilities for Wilder include a portfolio of shopping centers that extend from the Boston area to Conn. and N.H. He joins the Company from KeyPoint Partners. Joyce is a graduate of Assumption College.
