Saugatuck Commercial closes on retail leases totaling 26,626 s/f for BLT

Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate represented the developer of Harbor Point, Building and Land Technology, in closing the following retail deals: * Dinosaur Bar-B-Que has signed a lease for 7,500 s/f at 845 Canal St. and is expected to open summer/fall 2012. * First Niagara/New Alliance Bank signed a 3,500 s/f lease with drive-thru pad site at Yale & Town. The bank is scheduled to open early December 2011. * Design Within Reach is now open in a 6,433 s/f ground floor retail studio. * Robeks signed a 728 s/f lease for ground floor retail at 711 Canal St. Grand opening was in September. * Go Green signed two leases for retail space at Harbor Point. Grand opening of 1,222 s/f ground floor retail at 711 Canal St. was in August; a smaller, 650 s/f Go Green store at The Square is planned to open later this year. * Subway signed a 738 s/f lease for ground floor retail at 711 Canal St., opening by end of the year.
