RM Bradley brokers 3,700 s/f lease renewal

The café and bakery chain Au Bon Pain renewed its 3,700 s/f lease at CityPlace I. The Boston-based bakery chain, founded in 1978, is a popular breakfast and lunch spot in downtown Hartford. RM Bradley Brokerage Company represented Au Bon Pain and Jones Lang LaSalle represented the landlord.
