Nate Stevens of CBRE|The Boulos Co. leased 2,630 s/f of office space to Northeast Lab Services at 999 Forest Ave. And in South Portland, Stevens leased 5,490 s/f of office/retail space to Dragon Fire Martials Arts at 650 Main St. Tom Moulton of NAI/The Dunham Group represented the landlord.
