Short Creek Associates, LLC has purchased an 11,328 s/f office building at 1 Market Sq. from One Market Square Associates. The office building will be the new office for Macdonald Page & Co, LLC, a certified public accounting and management advisory firm. Andy Nelson of CBRE|The Boulos Co. negotiated the transaction.
