Trumbull-Nelson Construction Co. names Watkins as estimator

Trumbull-Nelson Construction Company, Inc. recently appointed Dan Watkins as estimator. Watkins is a 2011 graduate of Vermont Technical College with an associate of Applied Science degree in the Construction Practices and Management Program.
