Gerry Surprenant, SIOR of MG Commercial Real Estate and Alden Anderson of CBRE have leased 13,600 s/f at 1275 Wampanoag Trail to Providence Washington Insurance. The space will serve as the headquarters for the company. Surprenant represented the landlord, and Anderson represented the tenant.
