Triumverate Enronmental has leased 9 Powder Hill Rd., a 50,000 s/f industrial facility situated on 5 acres and located in the North Central Industrial Park. The tenant provides medical waste transfer services. This facility was owned and operated by S & A Printing, which sold its business. Larry Steingold and George Paskalis of MG Commercial Real Estate represented the landlord S & A Realty. Ed West of Re/Max Preferred represented Triumverate Environmental.
