Waldman & Associates and Allworth Realty co-broker sale of 22,500 s/f Forbes Square to Southwest Properties, LLC; sold by Dulgarian of Harrison Properties, LLC

Dan Waldman of Waldman & Associates and Meghan Brescia of Allworth Realty have co-brokered the sale of Forbes Sq. at 1235 Wampanoag Trail (Rte. 114) for $2.39 million. Waldman represented the seller, Ken Dulgarian of Harrison Properties, LLC. Brescia procured the buyer, Lenny Brescia of Southwest Properties, LLC. Forbes Sq. is a 22,500 s/f multi-tenanted retail plaza that has frontage on Forbes St. as well as Wampanoag Trail. Southwest Props. will add Forbes Sq. to its portfolio of retail properties located in Mass. and N.H. The transaction was completed without financing.
