Jay Morris and Bob Gaucher, CCIM, SIOR of O,R&L Commercial, LLC recently represented the tenant, The Connection Fund, LLC, in leasing 22,140 s/f of office space at Roscommon Park. The landlords, Roscommon Infinity, LLC and MK Roscommon, LLC were represented by Pat Mulready of CB Richard Ellis. The Connection Fund is a nonprofit human services and community development agency established in Middletown that maintains 38 programs across the state, providing services in the areas of supportive housing, women and children, behavioral health and community justice.
