Witkiewicz of Advance Realty and Smith of George J. Smith & Son broker $1.85 million sale

The Silo Restaurant located at 330 Main St. was recently sold. The sale price was $1.85 million. The seller was M. F. Santorso and the purchaser was Tucker Farmington, LLC. The site will be the future home of a CVS Pharmacy. Nicholas Morizio, SIOR of Colliers International represented the purchaser. DeForest Smith, CCIM, SIOR of George J. Smith & Son, and Joel Witkiewicz, CCIM of Advance Realty CT, LLC represented the seller.
