Greenstein and Paszyc of CBRE|The Boulos Co. sells 10.53 acres in Central Maine Commerce Center for 105,500 s/f office building

Central Maine Commerce Center has sold a 10.53 acre parcel to CMCC Lot 14 LLC, a development entity owned by Mark Woglom and Greg Kirsch. The buyer intends to construct a 105,500 s/f Class A office building which will be leased to the State of Maine. According to Dan Greenstein and Chris Paszyc of CBRE|The Boulos Co. who brokered the deal, Maine Revenue Service and Office of Information Technology will occupy the building. Opechee Construction has scheduled a Fall 2012 completion and occupancy. Facilitating the sale for the seller was Mattson Development, LLC.
