William Luers, president of The Tamposi-Nash Real Estate Group, Inc., has represented the buyer of 100 Northwest Blvd. The 335,165 s/f building, situated on 38 acres, was purchased by Two C Pack Systems, Inc. of Nashua for $8.3 million.
The building was constructed in 2003 by Corning Lasertron but was not completed. Two C Pack Systems is a manufacturer of boxes for the consumer product market. Their finishing of the building is expected to be completed this summer.
Luers will act as development manager for Two C Pack Systems for their completion of the building.
Aho Construction of New Ipswich is the contractor for the project. Cushman & Wakefield of NH represented the seller, Liberty Properties of Boston.
