Powers & Company has leased 37,500 s/f of space to Michael's and 2,800 s/f to Panera Bread at Porter Square, representing the landlord. The center, anchored by Shaw's, CVS, Healthworks, Tags Hardware, Porter Square Books, and others, is now 100% occupied. The center, located at the red line T stop, has an excellent market position on Mass. Ave. with on-site parking.
