Blinn promoted at Exterior Designs

Dave Blinn has moved up to project manager at Exterior Designs after working with the company as a job supervisor for a number of years. Blinn spent the first 13 years of his career with Wall Tech System, and has over 20 years' experience in the construction industry. He has a background in EIFS, drywall and custom framing.
