Providence RI Hasbro, Inc. and Berkeley Investments have executed a 12-year full building lease for 135,908 s/f of office space at 15 LaSalle Sq. Alden Anderson of CB Richard Ellis - New England, represented Berkeley. Joseph Fallon and Michael Dalton of Cassidy Turley FHO represented Hasbro. The companies first began deal negotiations in May 2011 "Hasbro is an outstanding partner, and the perfect fit for the burgeoning Providence Knowledge District.
