Robert Babat of Butler Realty Group and Keith Heroux of BenMar Realty sold a 1,397 s/f retail building at 1366 Plainfield St. to Abid Tabet. The seller was Bayview Loan Servicing. Tabet purchased the site because it added parking to the adjacent building for lease at 1370 Plainfield Pike.
