Handled by James Linfield of the New England, UMF office, the wood residences were built in the 1905 and sold by 48-58 Park St. Realty Trust to Sol Farber & Gene Kofman with market rate financing provided by Imperial Savings.
The CAP rate at the time of sale was 12.86% with the property having a gross annual income of $86,016.
