Johns of Glickman Kovago & Co. handles $199,900 sale of laundromat

JennExis LLC purchased Tatnuck Laundry and Dry Cleaners for $199,900. JennExis will occupy the 2,000 s/f laundromat business at 644 Chandler. Mark Johns, vice president of Glickman Kovago & Co., represented both sides. Glickman Kovago & Co. has expanded it's scope of services to include business brokerage. The team of Johns and David Cohen starts their 2012 business brokerage venture with the sale of the laundromat.
