Rick Kaplan, president of the Commercial Division of RE/MAX Executive Realty recently completed the sale of a 34,000 s/f industrial building located at 200 Gilbert St. The buyer, Jordi Labs, purchased the property. "Jordi Labs is relocating from Bellingham where they had been located in four small buildings. This much larger facility is ideal to satisfy their current and foreseeable real estate needs. We toured over 20 properties and as soon as we saw this property, the client and I knew this was the right fit." Kaplan represented Jordi Labs LLC and New World Realty represented the seller. The building sold for $1.575 million.
