Codman Co. brokers $5.5m sale of 22,500 s/f at Seven Winthrop Sq.

The Codman Company has brokered the sale of 22,500 s/f of office space at Seven Winthrop Square in Boston Financial District for $5.5 million. Tom Robinson and Jim Belli of The Codman Company represented the buyer, National Consumer Law Center, a non-profit organization specializing in consumer issues on behalf of low-income people. The seller, Seven Winthrop Square LLC, represented themselves. Built in 1877 and renovated in 1985, Seven Winthrop Square is a five-story, 27,000 s/f office building located at the corner of Otis and Summer Sts. and features a granite exterior and a glass and brass lobby entrance located on Otis St. The building offers 24 hour access and on-site security.
