Cregan of Paramount Properties Group sells 1,539 s/f office

Daniel Cregan of Paramount Properties Group, Inc. has sold the 1,539 s/f office building at 1084 Broad St. for $210,000 to DC Properties LLC. DC Props. will use the building for its chiropractic business. Cregan represented the seller BBB, LLC and Kathy Souza of Re/Max Preferred represented the buyer, DCF Properties LLC.
