Cris Crecelius of Paramount Properties has leased 5,000 s/f of flex space to Jay Strongwater, LLC at 225 Metro Center Blvd. Crecelius represented the tenant and negotiated with the landlord, Link Commercial Properties to finalize the lease transaction. 225 Metro Center Blvd. is a three building multi-tenant light industrial condominium development constructed 20 years ago.
