Sullivan Construction is under contract with Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare to build their new 14,000 s/f headquarters at 650 Elm St., 7th floor. The project is scheduled to be complete at the end of the month. Sullivan Const. is a design/build and construction management company specializing in healthcare, medical, hospitality and retail construciton and renovation.
