Borus of Glickman Kovago & Co. brokers 17,500 s/f lease agreement

Glickman Kovago & Company has brokered a lease agreement between Vellumoid, Inc. of Worcester and Curtis Industries, LLC of Worcester for the property located along 54 Rockdale St. Curtis Industries has leased 17,500 s/f of the 90,000 s/f building. The property is located near Rtes. 12 and I-190. Vellumoid, Inc. has a long tradition of manufacturing die cut gaskets and distributing gasketing materials for automotive original equipment manufacturers, automotive aftermarket, heavy truck and off-road vehicles, and small engine manufacturers and rebuilders. Industrial and office space is still available in the complex. Jeff Borus of Glickman handled the transaction.
