Aron Brown of AmeriCorp Real Estate Services sold a 96,000 s/f industrial building for $4 million to 300 Gay St. LLC. The seller was MFR Industrial Properties. The tenant, a construction equipment sales company, purchased the building after leasing the building for several years. Bank of New England financed the transaction.
