Butler Realty Group sells 22,500 s/f site to DDG Properties LLC for $130,000

Jeffrey Butler of Butler Realty Group sold a 22,500 s/f lot of land at 111 Hopkins Hill Rd., Lot 3B, in the Hopkins Hill Commerce Park to DDG Properties LLC for $130,000. The seller was Gansett Associates, LLC. Construction has begun on a 3,750 s/f office/service building for D&D Irrigation. Clients include Gillette Stadium and Fenway Park. The Coastway Bank provided financing.
