Peter Scotti & Associates sold Conley's Pier on Allens Ave., a 4.25 acre waterfront parcel with a 765 foot dock fronting Providence Harbor. Peter Scotti, MAI, listed the property. National Grid purchased the site for $4 million. Former property owner Patrick Conley planned to develop the site with a mix of commercial or residential uses. The plans were never reached because local industrial property owners would not allow nearby sites to be rezoned for mixed-use from marine industrial. National Grid, plans to remediate the property, but has not announced future plans for the site.
