Moskowitz of Heritage and Buscemi of Village Realty broker $600,000 sale

Steven Moskowitz of Heritage Corp. and Sylvestre Buscemi of Village Realty recently sold 34-36 Elm St. for $600,000. The 3,300 s/f building with a full basement is across from the commons near city hall and has a large parking area. Formerly a Korean food market its new owner will renovate it to serve as a convenience and grocery store. Buscemi represented the owner, Harvard Printing, and Moskowitz represented the buyer, Convenience, Inc.
