3 Goya Drive LLC has leased a portion of the building located at 3 Goya Dr. to Alkras. Alkras is relocating from their Southbridge St. location in Auburn to expand their operation by 2,000 s/f. Jeff Borus of Glickman Kovago & Co. represented both parties in the transaction. Alkras is a designer and assembler of laser cutting technology, revolutionizing industrial laser markets with significant cost reduction.
