He also holds the Facility Management Professional and Certified Facility Manager credentials from the International Facilities Management Association. * Youl Bellil has been a regional facilities manager in the global real estate and facilities group at EMC Corp. in Hopkinton, Mass. Bellil received an associates of science from Stockbridge School of Agriculture at UMASS, a bachelors of science from UMASS and a certificate of facilities management from Northeastern University.
