The first new high-rise residential construction in downtown Stamford in nearly two decades got under way as site work has started on Trump Parc Stamford, a new high-rise condominium featuring 170 luxurious residences and a wealth of world-class amenities and services never before available in the Stamford market.
Construction of the 34-story glass and steel tower is expected to take approximately 18 months. Since sales began in early June, more than 20% of the luxury condominium residences have been sold. Trump Parc Stamford is expected to be sold out within a year with occupancy scheduled for early 2009. The residences are priced from $670,000 for a one-bedroom to more than $3 million for duplex penthouses.
Trump Parc Stamford is being developed by Donald Trump, Thomas Rich of F.D. Rich Company of Stamford, and Louis Cappelli of Cappelli Enterprises, Valhalla, N.Y. Trump Parc Stamford is the first condominium in Connecticut to bear the legendary Trump name.
