Frank Oliveira of Re/Max Professionals sold 1250 East Main Rd. for $725,000. The commercial building containing 4,772 s/f on 3/4 acres, was the first Chevrolet dealer on Aquidneck Island. The buyer, Cromwell Real Estate, LLC, operates a business under the name of Maritime Solutions, Inc. that was previously located in the Portsmouth Business Park. Oliveira represented the buyer and the seller, Leatherbee Performance Corp.
