Paul Mulroy, vice president of O'Brien Commercial Properties, represented the buyer and identified the property in this off-market transaction. D&E Realty Trust has owned the property since 1943 and it has housed a variety of businesses, including most recently a furniture store. VYO Boston is a religious institution that will use the space for congregational gatherings.
