Randall Realtors has begun its expansion into northern/central R.I. with the addition of the Paramount Group, a team of agents consisting of Harry Smith, Sil Del Signore and Robert Dulgarian. Smith, ABR, GRI, SRES and SRS, is licensed in R.I. and Mass.He is also a member of the Greater Providence Board of Realtors.   Del Signore, GRI, ABR, has worked in real estate for five years is a member of the Greater Providence Board of Realtors. Dulgarian is a graduate of Brown University, a licensed Realtor in both Rhode Island and Florida, and a property investor.
