The property, originally built in 1993, is located at 1101 Main St. Walgreens had 11 years remaining on the base with 30 years of options. The sale price of $2.36 million represents $188 per s/f and a cap rate of 7.85%. Tremblay and Horvath represented the seller, 1101 Main Brockton LLC and procured the buyer, Gargano 1101 Main Brockton LLC.
