Commerce Insurance a Mapfre Company has leased 14,700 s/f of space at Goya Dr. from 3 Goya Drive LLC. Commerce leased the remainder of the building joining Alkras and owner operators. Jeff Borus of Glickman Kovago & Company represented the owner and John Harrity along with Jim Umphrey of Kelleher & Sadowsky Associates represented the tenant in the transaction.
