Baccari of Churchill & Banks purchases 7,100 s/f building

Richard Baccari II of Churchill & Banks through its affiliated entity Noble Westfield, LLC has purchased the recently vacated Blockbuster Video at 495 East Main Rd. for $1,037,500. The 7,100 s/f building has been leased to Verizon Wireless. The 1.43 acre site stands alone in front of the Big Y Supermarket and across from Home Depot on Rte. 20. Renovations will be complete by November.
