Robinson & Cole renews 9,300 s/f lease at 1 Financial Plaza, Providence, RI

Robinson & Cole sign a 10 year renewal for 9,300 s/f of office space which included a 3,000 s/f expansion at One Financial Plaza. Robinson & Cole's headquarters are located at 280 Trumbull St. in Hartford, Conn. Andrew Filler of RM Bradley Brokerage Company, along with John Cregan of Paramount Properties represented Robinson & Cole and CBRE represented the landlord One Financial Holdings LLC. This is the 5th lease transaction in which RM Bradley has represented Robinson & Cole.
