Godino & Company, Inc. has brokered lease transactions totaling 6,723 s/f to two new tenants at Chapel Business Center. Tim Coyle and Tom Godino represented the landlord, Fairlane Properties, and procured the tenants. Mise, Inc, an organic wine wholesaler, leased 3,309 s/f and Ame & Lulu, LLC, a retailer, leased 3,684 s/f. Chapel Business Center at 59-83 Chapel St. has over 40,000 s/f of brick and beam office and R&D space. Chapel Business Center is also home to technology companies such as HealthTalker, Everyscape and Geek Offices.
