Handled by Richard Cawley and James Conway of the New England UMF office, the brick residences were sold by N-S Realty Trust to South Gardens LLC with financing provided by Walpole Savings. The CAP rate at the time of sale was 7.08% with the property having a gross annual income of $187,500.
