Rhode Island's newest commercial division - Keller Williams Commercial - has opened. It will be led by Mike Alves who brings over 25 years of experience to the office! Alves was the creator and regional director of Coldwell Banker's Commercial Real Estate Division in RI and the broker/owner of Elite Commercial Realty. He not only brings his experience, but is also the past president of the RI Commercial and Appraisal Board of Realtors (RIPAC) and instructor and director at RIAR and RPAC.
